Absolutely awful company. So disappointed!I ordered some stuff from miss pap shortly before lockdown. I was actually on holiday just before lockdown and had to return early. I was then shielding with vulnerable family until recently. I returned my miss pap order as soon as lockdown was lifting and have proof of postage, however they are refusing to refund the returns. They are also refusing to send the items back to me as apparently they have not been received. I have provided the proof of postage. It was returned through Asda. Clearly as per consumer law I am entitled to either a refund or the goods returned back to me. Frustratingly now I am going to have to go through the hassle of protracted correspondence or more, for the sake of £20-£30. All other online stores like asos, Missguided etc have honoured returns due to coronavirus. Steer clear!!!Update: since posting this I have been told that they have messaged me privately for further information, but this has not happened.

ordered quite a few garments in different sizes as I had not used MissPap before. They arrived really quickly, but one had a mark on it. Emailed customer services and between Jade J and Lindsay, they sorted out a replacement within a couple of days. Amazingly quick service, and great to deal with too!Returns for the wrong sizes were really easy to deal with as well!

Royal Mail didn’t deliver my parcel and the MissPap customer service team had my problem sorted within an hour! Very helpful

MIsspap is brilliant the quality of the clothing is excellent especially for the great affordable prices .I can’t fault my shopping experience and recommend to my friends I purchased some boots and love them the price was a giveaway and would have paid a lot the pre sale price and still been more than happy ,delivery is the fastest second to PLT but I paid annually for next day delivery so obviously that will be quicker am sure Misspap do this aswell When I have ordered I have been kept up to date with delivery times and they come within two to three days excellent site highly recommend ?

Do not buy from them I cannot sign into my account to do a return as it's not paper form they say due to covid even though they pack clothes still after 5 emails they are asking for screen shots and to print the label I explained iam shielding and cannot get a printer as non essential shops closed they are refusing to sent me a label this is illegal taking your money and knowing people who dont have a printer cannot return I'm taking this further

Ordered from here once, and not again. I ordered some black winter boots with a heel. When I opened the box, the shoes literally looked second hand and the glue used to stick down the sole had dried around the edges. Appalling that they can even send a product like this. Customer Services was very apologetic after recieving an email with pictures.. they offered me a full refund, and persistently said in every email that all their products undergo an item check before they dispatch. LIES! Do not shop here.. bad quality.

I returned 2 items but only received a part refund. I contacted customer services and received an immediate response from Hazma who issued a refund straight away. Happy with the outcome, would definitely shop with Misspap again :-)

I ordered a jacket that came with a slight joke in the back. I messaged Shak on Facebook and he arranged for a new one to be sent out the same day. Great help

I had a problem with a dress a brought but with the help from Lindsay from the customer service team. She handled my situation very well and helped a lot. She was so lovely and kind. I appreciate it.

Mukkaram was so helpful! Her responses were extremely fast and she kindly helped me; even gave me all my options Returns and refunds have never been this straightforward, just hope it remains true to word that refunds are given within a week.
